If anyone one even remembers about the existence of this blog (I don’t blame if you if you don’t, I’ve been extremely inactive on it for weeks!), then just letting you know that I haven’t been abducted by aliens. Yep, I’m still here =)
What’s new with you?
This is what’s new with me:
- Recently just started back at uni
- Recently got a new job
- Just received a box of Quest bars and Sunwarrior protein
- Gym routine is going great - 4-6 days a week =D
- Moving away from paleo (eating natural plain chobani and sometimes oats), but still trying to be ‘as paleo as possible.’
- Still doing commissions/illustration requests
I’ll try to post SOMETHING cool within the next few days, just not sure what. Ideas?
January is almost over! Have you reached your goals?
This month I have definitely incorporated some great habits into my life and as a result I have not binged, I have not had any unhealthy food and I have exercised 4-6 days a week!
My secret is to plan every day. I use a diary and my calendar to plan each day - this really keeps me motivated!!

Hey there! I now still eat grains occasionally - I have some raw oats in my yoghurt sometimes and I still eat quinoa and buckwheat - just not very often =) I like to follow a paleo diet which includes no grains and no dairy - however, I do it on-and-off. Sometimes I follow the diet, sometimes I include these things because I still think they’re very nutritious. Grains aren’t that good for you if you eat too much of them, hence I stay away =)
