I’m an actress in training haha…haven’t done any films yet, but life’s a long journey and I hope to bump into some opportunities along the way =)
You’re too sweet! I did a photoshoot with my friend and I think thats my fave photo because even though he didn’t have a professional camera back in the day, that photo actually looks professional because it’s so clear and the lighting is great! But yeah, thanks so much for the compliment! =) xo
Because I’m too lazy to post anything…here’re some pics! =)

Hey there! Well, I used to just do treadmilling, but now it goes a little something like this:
6am gym sesh:
30 mins treadmill (walking about 4-5K’s in 30 mins)
15-20 mins weights (pulldowns, rows, free weights, planks etc)
30 more mins treadmill
I’ve really upped my game with my workouts, incorporating more and more weights into my routine. I soon hope to have days where I can focus on weights and do more different weights exercises.
I do random pushups against the edge of my bed sometimes during the day too, which is strengthening my arms so that I can do normal pushups right down to the floor soon =)
That’s great to hear!!!!! =) Good luck with everything! xoxoxo
I fry with coconut oil, and sometimes put 1/2 teaspoon of it in coffee or raw cacao hot chocolate or in my carrot/choc muffins. As for coconut milk, I don’t buy that stuff anymore, as I’m now using almond milk, but I put that in my coffee or hot chocolate instead of cow’s milk! =)
My Ideal Day:
Used to be:
- Wake up at 9am
- Have some hot water with lemon
- Eat a breakfast of rye bread with cucumber
- Relax
- Do 1hour treadmill
- Watch some TV
- Do some study
- See some friends
- Have some salad for lunch
- Watch some TV
- Go to bed at midnight
Ew, that’s how I used to love it…But NOW:
- Wake up at 5:45am
- Have a cup of coffee and some Vit-C
- Hit the gym at 6:15 and do 1hr cardio and 20-30 mins weights
- Come home to a high protein breakfast of eggs to break my intermittent fast
- Relax a bit
- Smash out some study
- Cook a healthy lunch - veggies and a lean protein
- Do some reading/blogging/TV series watching
- Have a health dinner similar to lunch
- Spend time with my boyfriend and/or friends
- Have some tea
- Go to bed at 10
…What an improvement!!!!
What’s YOUR ideal day?

JESSICA ALBA REGRAMMED ME ON INSTAGRAM…
And here’s what I have to say!
I’m so excited that she did this - not only did it give me some recognition on my instagram account so that I can help spread the health bug, but it feels so sweet that my idol knows that I’m supporting her and her company!
A bit about the book : THE HONEST LIFE
I love the book because although there are a lot of tips and tricks and sad realities that I already knew of, it’s really nice to see Jessica Alba’s thoughts on these issues. There are plenty of healthy little recipes and charts which show what’s healthy and what’s not!
Best of all, the book is so easy to navigate, so when you finish reading it, you can always go back to it and use it as a mini simple go-to source if you’re questioning a certain product/food.
I HIGHLY recommend you guys go borrow it or buy it, because it’s definitely worth a read! =)
haha yeah, that Jessica Alba repost was amazing!! If the instagram page is private then I don’t follow it because I don’t like too many things on my dash =) Good luck with your health kick!! x
Only if the follower has a similar interest to me or has photos that I like ^_^ I don’t just follow randoms for the sake of ‘getting more followers’ or ‘following more people :)
Definitely! They add good fats and are super healthy to create a complete protein meal/snack when paired with stuff like whole-milk cheese. Just eat them in moderation, and you’ll be fine! =)
Unhealthy things ARE dirty because they contain preservatives, additives, artificial chemicals - all of which eventually build up and cause health problems. That sounds pretty dirty to me!
Oh DEFINITELY - avoid carbs because they cause water retention, as does too much salt. Keep fruit to a minimum. Perhaps just go for small compact meals like lean meats, cottage cheese, nuts and yoghurt (in small portions :) )
Good luck!!! x
