healthysnaxI'm Nella and here's the quick fitspo lowdown on me: I love coconut oil, Stevia, raw cacao and Quest bars. I recently got into weights but I've been ballroom dancing and doing cardio ever since I was young! I' living the paleo/ancestral lifestyle for the majority of the time - that means I don't eat dairy that's too processed, sugar, grains or anything processed for that matter - I do this about 80% of the time! That's the brief - any questions? Feel free to ask ^_^

Your body is a temple, not a trashcan =) Never reward yourself with food - you are not a dog =) Keep hydrated throughout the day =) Incorporate coconut oil into your diet - it's a miracle food =) Eating food fats won't make you fat =)

If anyone one even remembers about the existence of this blog (I don’t blame if you if you don’t, I’ve been extremely inactive on it for weeks!), then just letting you know that I haven’t been abducted by aliens. Yep, I’m still here =)

What’s new with you?

This is what’s new with me:

- Recently just started back at uni
- Recently got a new job
- Just received a box of Quest bars and Sunwarrior protein
- Gym routine is going great - 4-6 days a week =D
- Moving away from paleo (eating natural plain chobani and sometimes oats), but still trying to be ‘as paleo as possible.’
- Still doing commissions/illustration requests

I’ll try to post SOMETHING cool within the next few days, just not sure what. Ideas?

This month I have definitely incorporated some great habits into my life and as a result I have not binged, I have not had any unhealthy food and I have exercised 4-6 days a week!
My secret is to plan every day. I use a diary and my calendar to plan each day - this really keeps me motivated!!

Hey there! I now still eat grains occasionally - I have some raw oats in my yoghurt sometimes and I still eat quinoa and buckwheat - just not very often =) I like to follow a paleo diet which includes no grains and no dairy - however, I do it on-and-off. Sometimes I follow the diet, sometimes I include these things because I still think they’re very nutritious. Grains aren’t that good for you if you eat too much of them, hence I stay away =)
