I recently got into weights but I've been ballroom dancing and doing cardio ever since I was young! I' living the paleo/ancestral lifestyle for the majority of the time - that means I don't eat dairy that's too processed, sugar, grains or anything processed for that matter - I do this about 80% of the time! 💙 Blueprint Day 17: is it really day 17?! Wow! Today started off with an epic fail - I tried to run on the footpath instead of the treadmill and my 30 min run capacity decreased to like 5 minutes. 💙Blueprint day 5: last day of famine phase!! Yay! I’m. Abso. Lutely. Wrecked! Did my third fasted workout and I’ve definitely pushed my body to the point of overtraining (intentionally - that’s the whole point of this phase). I love incorporating @byron_body_tea into this program because it’s so tasty and refreshing and I love making huge pots of it to sip on when I’m hungry!! It tastes really minty and you feel really warm afterwards! 😍 I’m also loving the 500g of frozen strawberries each day - it’s such a low-cal treat!! 💙Blueprint Day 1: I’ve decided not to track this on my blog and do it on my Instagram instead - much easier! Today @ilia_p1 and I started a cool program called Blueprint 3.0 (by Rob Regish - google it). I’m a bit nervous about this first week, as the first 5 days are the famine phase. This means that based on my body measurements I can only have 1000 cals for the next few days while training weights 3 of those days, and all fairly low protein. But after this my cals get to go up to 200-2500 per day which is great. However it’s a fairly high carb meal plan which I’m not used to, but it’s really meant to torch the fat and gain the muscle! Excited!!
