I sometimes get lots of questions which I keep answering, but from now on I’m just going to post them in here! I don’t want to spam up the page, tis all =)
1. I am x years old and I weigh x and my height is x but I feel like i’m still overweight, should I lose weight?
I’m not a qualified dietician, nor do I know your lifestyle, bone density, appearance or genetics so I cannot answer this, sorry! If you’re really worried, then perhaps go see a local doctor =) xo
2. How do I get a thigh gap/How do I lose weight from a particular part of my body?
Unfortunately, you can’t target where the weight comes off. When you lose weight, you’ll either lose it evenly or depending on your genetics, you’ll lose it from different parts of your body. Everyone is different. Just keep eating healthy and exercising - and hopefully the weight from that particular area will budge! =) xo
