Just an occasional low-cal weight watchers jelly to satisfy my sweet tooth. Not the healthiest thing, but hey it’s better than the mountains of chocolate that I felt like! :)

So I hadn’t been eating very clean last week, so this week I’m trying to be good and stick to the 1,200 cals to get rid of the few kilos I’d gained and to cut out the bad things I eat. However, I still believe in treating myself to SMALL treats. Today I was going to have 6 snall choc water biscuits after my oatmeal - I don’t even know why - I was so full from breakfast and I didn’t particularly have a strong craving…And then I searched how many calories, fat and sugar would be in the 6 small wafers I’d eat…And STOPPED AT THAT! 360 cals?? That’s the same amount I eat for a FULL, HEALTHY, BALANCED DINNER! That’s equivalent to a piece of lean protein, some healthy grains and a massive garden salad!! So instead I just had one =) So glad =)
BLANK WORKOUT-EATING PLANNER/CALENDAR!
I recently made a little eating/workout calendar with little healthy things you should do on random days, but I’d been asked for a blank one so that you can fill it out yourself - So here we go! I hope you guys like it! =)
So I didn’t make it into the national finals for Miss World Aus… So unless I can get 50,000 votes in the next few weeks for the People’s Choice, I can kiss that title goodbye. Oh well, there’s always next time I guess :) I know that I’m a good role model and that’s what counts :) so ThANkyou to all you amazing people that voted anyway :) xxx

Nope there are no preservatives at all in this couscous :) its quite healthy! :D xx

I made it myself :) I just used the MacBook iCal grid and added google images and stuff around it.., I did it all on Word because my photoshop expired hehe do you want me to make a blank one though with pictures but a blank grid? :) x

Hello honey! Unfortunately you can’t target weight loss to your cheeks - if you lose weight over all, your cheeks may go. However this is all based in genetics! Slim people can still have chubby cheeks and still be beautiful! Jessica Alba and Arielle Kebbel both have nice cheeks but are very slim! Check out my pages for healthy school snacks :) xxx
