Do you just eat the cabbage plain? isn’t it gross that way?

Can you please give me the recipe for your overnight oats? is it whole oats? and could i use water instead of milk to reduce calories?
I use water with only the tiniest bit of milk, but you can use just water, for sure! All I do is mix 1/2 cup of rolled oats with almost the same amount of water (so that there’s 0.5 or 1cm or water covering the oats, because they will absorb this). Then for flavour I add 3 drops of Stevia liquid extract and either some cinnamon, nutmeg, sultanas or cocoa powder =) Then just pop this in the fridge over night! I’m addicted to this, it’s SO yummy and healthy!
How many calories do you eat per day usually? are you still dieting or trying to maintain?
I’m not counting cals anymore. I’d estimate that I eat about 1,200-1,500 these days, but like I said, I don’t count now =) I just focus on eating a great breakfast and keeping away from sugars, bad carbs and fats! In addition to that, I’m trying to incorporate more veggies into my day through salads =) I’m trying to maintain my weight at the moment =)
Do you think you’ll forever count calories or eventually just eat with intuition? and why dont’ you eat brown bread/brown rice/healthy carbs?
As I said before, I’ve stopped counting them - which is why I dont even include them in my dailyeats. What gave you the idea that I don’t eat healthy carbs? Of course I eat healthy carbs! I eat oats every day, Special K and rye bread! Sometimes I eat wholemeal pasta. My family doesn’t buy brown rice and I’m not really a fan. =)
