
SUBWAY SALADS!
Did you guys know that Subway do salads? I have heard that the bread that they use contains lots of sugar, so isn’t very healthy anyway - plus it’s pretty carby if you’re trying to lose weight. So instead, get yourself some chicken and opt for all the fresh veggies! Now that’s a MUCH better choice than McDonalds or something! (Just make sure you don’t put too much sauce on it!)
