    White nectarine and cinnamon buckwheat breakfast 
Prepare a cup of buckwheat as per instructions (basically you just simmer the groats in water for about 30 mins until they&#8217;ve plumped up and absorbed all the water). Place it in the fridge overnight (or you can eat it hot straight away - I prefer cold breakfasts in summer though!). Add a bit of natural sweetener, chopped up nectarines and some cinnamon! Yummy, low fat and VERY healthy and nutritious!
