
White nectarine and cinnamon buckwheat breakfast
Prepare a cup of buckwheat as per instructions (basically you just simmer the groats in water for about 30 mins until they’ve plumped up and absorbed all the water). Place it in the fridge overnight (or you can eat it hot straight away - I prefer cold breakfasts in summer though!). Add a bit of natural sweetener, chopped up nectarines and some cinnamon! Yummy, low fat and VERY healthy and nutritious!
