    Citrus & Coconut Paradise Buckwheat

    Cook buckwheat groats as per instructions, then add some lime/orange/lemon zest (about half or 1 teaspoon per bowl), a squeeze of 1/4 lemon for some tang, some natural sweetener and a sprinkling of shredded coconut for texture and fibre! Mmmm…
