Hey there! =D I use 3 or 4 eggwhites because they’re very low fat and sometimes I throw the yolks away. Sometimes, my Mum or Grandma adds them to their scrambled eggs, because they don’t mind the fat content in them =)
I like to put in it baby spinach and mushrooms…sometimes though I use grated carrot, zucchini, tomato, capsicums…Tomorrow I think I’ll just put the mushrooms in! =) Can’t wait!
