1. I think it’s a great breakfast. You can also make it more nutritious and energy-full by having it with some wholemeal bread and more veggies or fruit! =)
2. I don’t know what my body fat content is! I haven’t been on the scales in a while haha
3. If you’re a teenager/in your twenties, I believe a percentage of about 20-30 is healthy =)
