Eggwhite + Herby Mushroom Fluffy Omelette!
Yummy…who doesn’t love a gourmet but light and healthy breakfast in the morning?? Well, this one is very easy to make!
- Saute mushrooms in 1tspn olive oil & dried herbs.
- Lightly beat 4 eggwhites and fry in 1tspn olive oil.
- Add mushrooms to eggwhites and cover with a lid to cook the top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then flip over onto a plate!
- Serve with some fruit for a little ‘after-breakfast dessert’. =)
