    MOTIVATION!
I find that one of the best sorts of motivation for staying fit and healthy is fashion! It&#8217;s good to reward yourself once you get to your goal weight or even if you reach your goal of &#8216;being healthy for a certain amount of days in a row&#8217;! Isn&#8217;t this top pretty? I was naughty and took it in a changeroom in a store, and am planning to reward myself and buy it once I&#8217;ve been fit and healthy for 21 days in a row =) So far, I&#8217;m on day 4 or being a good girl =D

    Hey guys, it&#8217;s the Golden Globes today! Check out how amazing Jessica Alba looks just a few months after having her second baby! WOW! I think she is an absolute inspiration. Some of you guys have asked me what I do to motivate myself to stay healthy and lose weight etc. Well, the answer is the beauty in the media. Okay, I KNOW you think - &#8220;This is bad, because they all have millions of dollars, personal trainers and they&#8217;re always photoshopped and airbrushed because they&#8217;re CELEBRITIES!!&#8221;. For some, this is true. But when you need motivation, sometimes it&#8217;s the extreme motivation that you need. The very best. If you want to look your very best and have the best body that you can, look up to the best bodies out there! And no, this does not mean the stick-thin unhealthy bodies which some celebrities are sporting right now, but the healthy, glowing, radiant bodies of natural women like Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Beyonce Knowles etc. They aren&#8217;t stick thin, right? And do they look good? Yes they do! Why? Because they eat sensibly and exercise. They don&#8217;t (well at least not anymore) do the extreme diets where all you do is drink water and eat celery once a day. Sorry for the little rant above, but they are truly my thoughts and beliefs. Celebrities are people just like us, and some of them find it just as hard as you to lose weight and keep in shape. It&#8217;s just as much of a struggle for them as it is for you, especially if they are doing it on their own and without a trainer. So don&#8217;t be afraid to look up to inspirational celebrities and strive to be fit like them. Just stay true to yourself and love your own face and body while staying fit and active because I bet any celebrity would find YOU absolutely beautiful. xo
